History
1953 - Clay pit "Matića brdo" is opened in Donje Crniljevo.
1973 - Clay pit "Jovanovića brdo" is opened in Donje Crniljevo.
1977 - Company "Zorka Nemetali i građevinski materijali" is founded.
1977 - Facade bricks factory began its production in Donje Crniljevo 55 km far from Šabac.
1978 - Ceramic tile factory in Šabac began its production with design capacity of 1.000.000 m² of sintered floor tiles.
1986 - Clay pit "Bele vode" is opened in Galovic.
2003 - The Majority package of Zorka Nemetali shares is purchased on public auction by Alas International AG from Ohlsdorf, Austria.
2004 - Legal shares homogenization is carried out.
2004 - Companies Zorka Alas Kamen, Zorka Opeka and Zorka Keramika ltd were established, limited liability companies, owned by former Zorka Nemetala, today Alas Holdinga as a founder.
2005 - Zorka Nemetali purchased majority shares of company then called "Vojvodina put rudnici nemetala Rakovac". Company is later renamed and today it exists under name "Alas Rakovac" A.D.
2005 i 2006 – After investment made by Alas International, which is according to the sales contract obligatory, capital share in Zorka Nemetali j.s.c. is enlarged to 86.96%.
2006 - Clay pit "Zbegovi" is opened in Donje Crniljevo.
2007 - Zorka Nemetali a.d. changed its name into Alas Holding j.s.c. and its head-quarters were moved from Šabac to Novi Sad, together with all subsidiaries.
2008 - Modernisation of "Zorka Keramika" by construction of two new halls (inestment vallue of 11 milions euros).
2008 - Modernisation of "Zorka Opeke" (inestment value of 3.5 miliona euro).
