Alas Holding operates in two divisions:

Division of Management - consists of the following organizational units: Accounting, Finance, Controlling, IT sector, work safety and legal and HR affairs - by clearly defined services they allow successful management of subsidiary companies. In applying the unique software NAVISION , by the number of users, our company is currently first in Serbia. It is a comprehensive program for the accounting, finance and controlling. Alas Holding Management head quaters are in Novi Sad.

Division Kop - owns surface clay pits located in the Municipality Koceljava and Loznica – deals with excavation and homogenization of high quality clay. The Division currently disposes with pits "Bele vode", "Zbegovi" and "Beli Majdan", and in preparation for the exploitation are pits Latkovac and Burovica in the Municipality Koceljeva and Brezaci in the Municipality Osečina (Brezaci will be our largest open pit with reserves of 3.160.149 tons ceramic clay and 1.147.558 tons of brick clay). The most significant advantage of our pits is the facts of having more kinds of clay in one place. According to experts analyses pits abound with reserves and the exploitation will be possible for next 15-20 years more. Considering the fact of having in first 5-10 m exploitation of the clay for brick production, and under - layers of white clay for tile production, our pits mostly supply our subsidiary companies Zorka Keramika and Zorka Opeka with raw materials.

However, the backbone of business of Alas Holding is in our subsidiary companies. Only in 2008 14.5 milion euros were invested in those companies. The most modern machinery enabled the expansion of product range in line with the market, whose demands we are continiously listening and following each step.
